Proxy Voting

Internet and telephone voting are available through our Annual Meeting, which will be held December 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM. We encourage you to vote prior to the Annual Meeting. If you vote your proxy by Internet or by telephone, you do not need to mail back your proxy card. Your Internet or telephone vote authorizes the named proxies to vote your shares in the same manner as if you marked, signed and returned your proxy card. You will be asked to enter your control number(s) to ensure the security of your vote. You will find your control number on your Proxy Card received with your Proxy Statement.
