Contract Extends Partnership for Five Years

SAN MARCOS, Calif., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Natural Alternatives International, Inc. (NAI), (Nasdaq: NAII) announced today that it has entered into a five-year extension of its worldwide manufacturing agreement with NSA International, Inc. (NSA) of Memphis, Tennessee.

NAI and NSA together created the innovative NSA Juice Plus+(R) nutritional supplement product line. NAI is the exclusive producer of the Juice Plus+ products. The new agreement extends the eight-year business relationship for an additional five years subject to the right of either party to terminate earlier.
